Elizabeth Macleod Spindler, 42, of San Diego died Aug. 10. She was born in Pasadena and was a physical therapist.
Survivors include her husband, Eric Spindler; father, Robert Spears of Colorado Springs, Colo.; stepmother, Fran Spears Marshall of Colorado Springs; sister, Carolyn Cornforth of San Marcos; and brother, Robert Spears of Rancho Santa Fe.
Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. today, El Camino Memorial Pacific Beach Chapel, 4710 Cass St., San Diego.
Services: 11 a.m. tomorrow, Maranatha Chapel, 10752 Coastwood Road, Rancho Bernardo.
Interment: Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside.
