The Fisher Price catalogue arrived in the mail this afternoon. The kids were both sleeping so I browsed it, ever on the lookout to see if one of Wil or McKinley’s photo shoots was chosen. Yeah, one of [...] A quick snippet on something that my parents, especially my dad, could appreciate… the kids love “Slim Jims.” Papi buys the bulk boxes from Sam’s Club, and has them in the house. Their just within the kids reach and all the time, they ask to eat Slim Jims. Yep, they’re Wilsons all right! On Tuesday, since I had the day off, we decided to do something we haven’t done before. Apple picking. Some history… on Friday night, our friends Adam and Danelle took their camper to our 30 acre property to camp out for the night. While there, they noticed that our 10-12 wild apple trees were overloaded [...] We spent a wonderful morning out and about with the kids. First, we drove down to Eden High School to watch Eden’s annual volleyball tournament. I’ve coached many of the kids on different teams, and work with a number of the coaches in the NFVB club. In addition, three of the other board members for [...] I love these little kiddos. Wil asked Papi for some “strawberry jugo” (strawberry juice) this morning. It is really Wil’s description of the famous smoothies Lonni makes. They are the best. Every once in a while, Wil will ask for it and I have to tell him he has to wait for Papi to make [...] Last night was the Buffalo Boardgame Meetup Night. Melodia and I have been a member of the meetup.com site for a couple of years. There’s a boardgaming group here in Buffalo that meets every Wednesday night.
